My 95 has a sticky throttle any one else have this problem or know the best way to go about solving it?

There is a TSB and a recall for 95's (I think) for the balljoints seizing on the throttle linkage. Often, the balljoints in the linkage can be loosened up with a spray lubricant and by working the linkage back and forth. Regardless, this should be viewed as a temporary fix as I am fairly certain the recall will pertain to your truck and DC will replace the sticky joint with a completely new linkage assembly that will not be prone to that problem.
