Hooked up my Tekonsa Sentinel (sp) this evening and when the trailer plug is conected the Green Diagnostic light is lit, thats normal except it stays lit even when the ignition is off :confused: I have to disconnect the plug to get it to turn off

Any Ideas??? It's after their tech's hours or I'd call them

I have the Tekonsha voyager and whenever a trailer is plugged in the green light is on. it goes out when the trailer is unplugged and turns red when the brakes are applied.

both my dodge and my gmc continue to supply power even with the ignition off. I've left both of mine connected to trailers overnight and never had a problem.

Thanks folks... waytogo I just got a e-mail from the the Co. also stating it was normal.. Got this from my Bro and he could'nt remeber if it was normal..
