I need to get a fifth wheel hitch for my truck. '05 Ford F350 longbed dually. I use the bed of the truck to sleep in on occassion, so I need to get one that removes completely, no rails on the inside of the bed. What are my options? I don't want to spend a ton of money since I won't really be using it very much at all, but I also don't want to buy junk.

Get one of these with the 5th wheel hitch accessory. It is the only one that I know of that completely removes from the bed. This would be the only hitch that i would consider if I needed a 5th wheel.

I've seen that one, looks pretty good but not sure they make a kit yet for an '05. Valley, Reese and Pullrite all make them too, but I'm into any of them for like $1000 and that's just more than I'm willing to spend on it right now. Looks like I may just say forget the whole thing at this point, I just can't afford it.

I've got a Reese 30k 5er/goose, but that requires rails. I had figured on just dropping in plywood cutouts between them to put an air matress on top of. Never got around to doing it though...
