Hello all, First let me start by apploagising up front for any mistakes as this is the very first time I have posted in any forum of any kind. That being said on to the first of many questions.

I have a 94 ram 2500 with a turbo diesel , nv 4500, regular bed 2wd. It has about 230,000 miles on the clock althought the miles are high the truck has been cared for very well and is in very good shape. The question is it needs some help in the front end (ball joints, bushings, stearing box). any Recondations as to what to use for parts other than autozone junk. or a supplier?

Ive had good luck with Advance Auto Parts balljoints. TRW and Moog both seem to make a good product, and Advance usually has the best prices.

Thanks for the input kind of what I thought. Wasn't familure with any potential problems have had problems in the past with "discount" parts. I guess you get what you pay for.

Do you think with the milage on the truck it could take some "tweking" to the engine to help tow a 26 ft. traveltrailer aroung north georgia, ie. fuel plate,(#?), goviner spring, ect.

I know there are plenty of free and cheap ways to crank up a 12V, but I'm not the guy to ask. There are also a lot of good sites around for Rams. I'm not sure if I can post links to other sites here, but a great site is www.dieseltruckresource.com (http://www.dieseltruckresource.com).

Those guys will be able to help you out a ton with your truck. I want a 12V bad, but it could be a while. Have fun smoking people, by the way. :pimp:
