I am taking my trailer to Utah this week to my Father in laws shop. I was wanting to make some attachment points for when I tie down my K5 instead of using the stake holes. I was thinking of welding some rectangle pieces in the corners where I could attach some shackles. Has anyone done this or have any other ideas of things I could do?

I was also thinking about building a spare tire holder just behind the hitch too.

He has a well equipped shop with wleders, tube benders, etc.

Any pic's of what you have for the above mentioned would be greatwaytogo

Thanks,

Jeff

How about some d-rings. We welded some on our equipment trailer because it made chaining the tractor down much easier.

That would probably be easier than using shackles.

Man I would love to see some pic's of your Dodge. I gotta ask, what does the price of one of those Kore suspensions run?

I just PM'ed you.

The price of the Chase system that we got was $1935. The wheels and tires added considerably to that.
