Has anyone here had trouble with this yet?
When driving i get a "creeking" coming from the steering, its not directly in the front end as it happens when turning, not noticeable when hitting bumps and potholes, you can't really hear it with the radio on but when its off you can hear it as well as feel it sometimes too

ive herd of the steering shaft having troubles on these trucks and am woundering if this is the problem that iam experienceing:doah:

Yep, one and the same. Not sure if there was a recal on it but the fix is basicaly to grease it up again.

Theres a recall on the intermediate shaft. I had mine replaced twice, and so have a couple friends.
