I,m a new guy to your site here (looking good) and I was wondering what the limits of my stock clutch are.
I,ve got the Juice w/attitude,4" exhaust,bhaf,and a boost elbow..I,m towing a 28ft toy hauler which loaded down I think is somewhere around 9500-10,000lbs. With 3.54 gears and 285/75-16 tires she can work pretty hard on the grades when I cross the sierra's. 108,000 miles so the clutch will need service at some point but i,d like to go as far as i can...

On average the stock clutch is usually good up to about 80-100HP increase, I have seen guys slip it with much less than that but have seen guys not slip it with much more than that, it really depends on who's driving the truck. With that being said if you are looking to upgrade it I would recommend a south bend clutch, BD has had great success with them.

Your stocker may be able to handle it for a while, but it varies how hard you are running and what power levels you are on.

A South Bend Con OFE is the answer to your question.
