So, I have some cleaners and leather treatments (that I don't use like I probably should).

What do you guys use? I need to find that bottle of stuff and see what it's called, don't remember, but I found some good feedback on it from another site.

How often do you really use it? What is the minimum to keep the leather in good shape?

What should you stay away from?

What do you do about stains? I've got a good one here. While loading my truggy on the trailer after it sat all day in the son, one of my son's friends sat on a new deck board and got pine sap on his behind, then climbed into my seats and squirmed around. Little rubbing alcohol took it right off, then reapplied the conditioning oil when I got home.

Other info? I really don't like leather and much prefer cloth personally, so I'm sure I've got a lot to learn here...

I really prefer leather over cloth, so much easier to clean and much more durable. Lexol is my personal favorite for cleaner, although I do tend to cheap out and just pay the carwash to scrub out the leather and treat it sometimes.

I like leather way more than cloth, cleans up easier, looks ten times better and is more compfotable. I use Those leather wipes that come in the black plastic can...Margeretta's or something like that. :doah:

Yup I used McGuires (sp?) leather cleaner wipes, like baby wipes. Easy to use and seams to work well. I use my truck for everything so my insides ar not 'new' anymore and I let my dog ride with me (he doesn't know he is a dog so when he gets in the bed and I walk away he follows me). The wipes have removes everything from bluejean blue dye( all I wear are jeans) to doggy foot prints and my wifes make up.waytogo

Lexol, that's what I have. Seems to work well, but I'm too lazy to use it like I should. Like wax I guess...

Those wipes seem handy. I'll have to check into those. I've seen them, and the name is a good one, but I've had bad luck with those type things before where they dry out before I use them up. I've got half a bucket of monitor wipes like that...

Hi All!

I like the 303 family of cleaning products. My wife owns a detail shop, and that's all we use. The protectant is good for leather, plastic & vinyl, and they also have cleaners and a fabric guard.

I like the fact the protectant has no petroleum products in it. Helps everything last longer.
