99 F350 dual rear wheels. While driving unloaded or lightly loaded the overload springs slap the pads in the front and the spring pack in the back. Looks like they are messed up. With no load the front end of the overload springs are almost touching the front frame mounted contact pads and in the rear they are almost touching the main spring pack clip (far away from the contact pad). Looks like there is a cast spacer between the main pack and the overload leaf. The spacer looks like it is too short so the spring bolt pad extends past the back end of the spacer pushing the rear of the overlaod leaf down toward the main spring. Is this normal? Could someone have put the spacer or springs in backwards?

The springs might be fatiuged and anyone can just about install something the wrong way if they dont know what they are doing.

Looks like one end is bent or broke. Mine are spaced even from the pads on both ends.
