about three weeks ago i was working for a local ranch, i had to pull a twenty foot stock trailer through mud and running water in canyon bottoms. since then my truck has been acting up. the shift indicator does not show what gear i am in, it goes into park but does not unlock the doors. the automatic lights quit working. today i took it to the local carwash and washed off all of the mud, and now the check engine light stays on. Does ne body have ne ideas? i really dont want to take it to the dealership, but i am getting mighty tired of everthing messing up.
