Just wondering if anyone has any issues with towcommand and a 3 axle trailer .Mine will flash trailer fault and no brakes but lights are all working

Double check the wiring on the brakes. I have never pulled a tri axle trailer so I can't comment.

yep check all teh wiring
especially at the brake mags. it should run all three axles with no problem.
most likely your losing a ground somewheres
