Has anybody herd any negative facts about welding on the 94 and up Dodge frames due to the fact that they are hydroformed and which years did hydroforming start? :confused:

I believe hydroformed frames started with the 03 and up 3G's.

Thanks. As you may have heard I started doing a little work on my 95 then started hearing about the problems with welding on the hydroformed frames.
Got me SKEERD! :eek:

did some welding on my 04.5 with no problems but it was just a rear shock hoop.
