Just wanted to share my finished project for those thinking of doing the same. I pretty much gutted the factory fuel system in my early 99 7.3L. The only thing I didn't change was the stock pump and the in-tank fuel pick-up and return . The system is a regulated return style. I ripped out the bowl and installed 2 prepump spin-on filters. I did this mainly because of my investment into rebuilt Stage 1 Single Shot injectors. I wanted better and cleaner flow to them.
