I had one on my 2003 Cummins and absolutely loved it. Everywhere I went I got compliments on how nice my exhaust sounded. They are spendy, though.

I really can't tell ya. I had one on my 2003 Cummins 6 speed and man it sounded so Smooth and had a lot of deep sound. I have yet to hear a common rail that sounds that good. However, we installed one in a customers 2005 Cummins an it was raspy and loud, like a straight pipe, only slightly quieter. I think mine sounded so good because I had the BD Super B turbo. I know the turbo changed the way the truck's exhaust sounded.
So, having heard many 6.0's with MBRPs and none with the Aeroturbine, I know MBRPs sound good. Also, the 6.0 is real hard to get a deep sound out of as the turbo noise usually is the prominent sound.
The Areoturbine is a spendy little piece, too.

burnout I have a straight piped 6.0 and love the sound. It's the same as having a muffler when iddling. Under hard ecceleration it's pretty loud. I love the noise though.
