hey everyone, i came across this site because im curious of what these trucks can do. my cousin has a 05 cummings diesal truck with a bully-dog programmer. he wants to take it to the strip some day. so what can a truck with a programmer do, also what are the strengths and weaknesses of this truck in racing? is it better at a dig with 4x4 or a roll?

An '05 with a Cummins is a good truck to race with. He should probably be somewhere in the very high 14's if he is a good racer.
He needs a new tranny, turbo, exhaust, and intake to really run good drag racing.

These trucks can scoot if you set em up right. I expect to be in the 11's this season. I would think with a stock 05 with the Triple Dog he should be low to mid 14's. The transmission will be slipping alot for the race if he is in Crazy Larry tune.
