Is there an easy way to find out what manual transmission my 1993 3500 4X2 has in it? I know there should be a tag or number stamped somewhere on it, where do I go to cross reference this number?

I had a 94 2500 and it had the NV 4500 tranny. Hope this helps.

Look for the RPO code sticker in your glove box then do a search online for GM RPO codes. The tranny code starts with an M.. such as MX1 or MT8, etc
