who out theres got a 3k gsk? mine is on the way what should i expect in performance?

Basically, expect a larger usable rpm band. Your stock truck governs out @ 2600-2700 rpms. Now you will have full power to 3k. No more power than before, just more RPMs with power.

will this help in 1,2,&3 gears, cause with a 4.10 i don't use them long.

Yup, and help minimize the gap between gears as you will be able to hold them longer.
