Even with the cost of diesel I had to bring one home.....

The sign now says "Lot Full".....

Has typical Dodge clear coat evacuation taking place, a missing tail gate, and the front bumper is frowning a bit. It needs some general TLC. Other than that not much else wrong with it.... (That I've found yet)....

And a few other places through the year....
And if it proves it's self, I'll reward it with new paint....

Or did you mean what am I planning for the motor/truck it's self?
I'm not sure but it may have a #6 plate in it already.... How would one be able to tell? (I'm new to this diesel thing)

I think that I scored. But as the price of fuel goes up the price of rigs is going down, around here anyway.

So I drove the Ram to Oklahoma to go to a wedding...... 19MPGs unloaded ain't so bad....
I really want to to the 3k GS. I think that will add more usable power to the truck.
But 6 hours (each way) of listening to the drone of the exhaust still has noises echoing in my head....
So the straight pipe is really fun in town, but for hours on end down the road, not so much... I need to get a muffler or resonator on this rig before Oct for the big trip to Moab UT.
Anyone have a good suggestion for a turbo back exhaust that won't kill me in price? I can take a shot or two, but no fatalities please....

just out of curiosity, What is a 3k gs?
I would agree with you on the straight pipe thing, loud as hell. But you get used to it.

$5k is a great deal. The real way to tell what plate it has, would be to pop off the cover and most aftermarket plates are stamped with their profile(0-13). Yes, gov springs are an almost must-have for a 12valve. Summit sells a reasonably priced turbo back system, not sure on the level of drone, but it comes with a glasspak.
