Hot off the press pics of the 2006 Dodge Ram Quad cab 1/2 ton, nice to see a non Mega cab version.

Is it just me or does the front overhang on that truck seem a bit long?

Hmm, well it doesn't look as bad as the pictures of the Mega Cab 3/4T did that we saw not too long ago. But...I still think it's a downgrade in the looks department over the current clip.

too bad they went with the Dakota headlights

they put those fugly ladder style headrests in the back :mad: they are so un comfertable now it looks even more dakotaish :eek:

I looked at 7 or 8 2500/3500 2006 Rams and not one of them had the ladder style headrests, maybe a 1500 thing, or just the pic?

maybe, but they probably will keep them since they already have dakota headlights . while their at it, why dont they put the dakota interior in it too? burnout

YOu know...looking at the newer pictures of actuall production trucks like the dually above, the front ends really don't differ a whole lot from a 2005. A slightly deeper grille (reminds me of the grilles on the 2nd gen sports, they are deeper than SLT's) is noticable but the biggest thing would be the lights that wrap around the fender just a little more. THe bumper looks almost the same to me.
