Need a trailer, 82-83" between the fenders, 18-20' long, must be 9900-10k capacity, brakes on both axles. Anywhere on the west coast, Nevada or Arizona is fine, I'll drive to pick up.

I would also consider a deckover trailer with a gvwr of 10k or just under 10k.

I'd be willing to take one in partial trade for my 1999 S-10 too. I want $5000 for the truck, so figure it out for yourself what the trailer would knock off of that price...:D

I found a used one in Gustine, I don't want it.

It only has a 80" deck, 16ft w/2ft dove for 18'overall, dual brakes, no name brand built somewere in Oaklahoma, the guy used it 4 time to and from Okah...if you are intersested I found his add in the Modesto Bee under equipment :D

How much did he want? 10k?

opps, he said 2500 and it is a 12-15K..no vin plate to verify. Sounds to me like a well built homemade trailer.
I am getting fed up with looking and may just suck it up and order one...hell it is a once in-a lifetime purchase so...spend 4K+ and be done. Hell it's only money right :pimp:

Sounds like a plan, if I had $4k to spend I would do it too. I've limited myself to $3200ish though, and that's higher than I originally wanted to spend anyways. :doah:

Anyways, maybe KidJethro needs to do this for a business as well.

Joe used to build trailers when he worked for a trailer manufacturer, so he has experience with it. :D

You should see if he could build one like you want in your price range. Cut out the middle man completely. Might be worth it for both of you.

He knows that I'm looking, if he was interested in building one I'd assume he would have offered. :)
