If your intercooler boots have oil on the inside of them, it is due to the crankcase ventilation system putting oil back into the air flow. A very common problem with the PSDs. The typical fix is to clean out the intercooler boots with a carb cleaner, or starting fluid, just something to get the oil out. Then do the "CCV mod" to get rid of the oil contamination inside the intercooler and associated piping. Search over on thedieselstop.com for more info on the CCV mod.
