Cummins is the heaviest and lightest is most likely the Dmax. Due to the aluminum heads, I'd say it's a safe bet saying it's the lightest. The 6.0 is lighter than the 7.3, but I think both are still heavier than the Dmax.
Inline 6 cylinders are heavy because the block has to have xtra material to make it rigid because it is so long. A Jeep/AMC 258cid I-6 weighs about as much as a small block.
I beleive a Fully dressed Cummins ways out at about 1150 pounds . The 7.3 is nearly a 1000 not sure on the 6.0 or the d-max
