    Should work great assuming you dont need the bed for anything after its frozen.

    I spent less than $35 for 600 pounds worth of sandbags, and i can easily take them out and/or move them when i need to load the bed up with who knows what. Ill keep my sandbags.

    great idea for people that dont use the bed much, or for SUV's. im sure thats like a 30mil thick bag that is very tough. i cant see me being able to use it as i use the bed way to much. if i need weight in So Cal then i have more serious problems going on to be driving....

    1k lbs of quarry dust works for me in our pickup, the other trucks each weigh at least 6,500lbs so extra weight really isn't ncessary.

    Why? My truck goes great throught the snow! espically in 4wd.

    softner salt will that cause rust problems?

    If I have traction problems then I just push the little gray button on the dash that says 4-HI

    My brother spent like $15 for 250lbs of sand bags in his 2wd ranger.
