Just thought someone might want to know. What do you haul with your truck? That is a 48 volt battery around 3700 lbs. Danny
I work for the lift truck industry. That battery is for a piece of equipment that picks up huge spools of yarn waiting to become very expensive rugs. The battery is being scraped because it began costing too much to repair so they bought a new one. I have been known to haul three of these at once, but we won't tell the D.O.T. that......
my truck with 34k miles on it has hauled anything and everything. 7 trailers that have had anything from automotive parts to horses to household goods. heaviest i have weighed in at was 28,292lbs. my main pull is my 32 foot goose neck with my "sjop" and my blazer on it. thats when i weigh the most. nice battery. Grant
my truck was bought to haul all construction equipment from a rubber tire hoe, to water pumps & pipe, all with a 30' H&H trailer.
Ive probably hauled a lil bit of everything, basically whatever i can make $2 a mile for. within my wieght limits of courseimp:
