Dodge Diesel Suv???

Any word on Dodge doing a diesel SUV anytime soon? I wish they'd do something around the size of a Suburban....but cheaper!

 

Jeeps got the only one I know of in the Liberty from Chrysler

 

I am wanting something much bigger than that little fella. I want an SUV/Tow Rig with a diesel...

 

Then go Ford or Chevy

 

I tend to stay away from Fords, and it will a couple more years until Chevy has one out

 

Chevys got the Duramax in the Burbs now

 

I thought they weren't coming in until 2008

Durango is supposed to get a V-6. 270hp 420ft/lbs torque.

Jeep Grand Cherokee is supposed to having the Mercedes V6 diesel in it soon.

 

sometime this year i heard.

 

Four Wheeler test drive one if I can recall and said it was great but getting those engines will be hard.

 

Ya, isnt the excursion a diesel. And that is pretty damn close to a Suburban or even bigger.

 

I heard that they are suppose to come out around 2009, 2010. Some where around that time frame.
