I am looking to purchase a performance tuner for my 03 Dodge CTD 4x4 . I like what I read in the ads for the Diablosport Predator and even talked to their sales staff but would like to hear form someone that has one of these or has personal knowledge of it. My needs are ( in order ) better mileage, towing, and then performance to toy with rice burners on the street. If someone has suggestions for something else that would be better for my needs I am open to any information that I can get since I am new to this type of modification.
    Thanks.

I don't think I'd go with the Predator, IIRC, it's a DR. Performance product. I've been told to stay away from their products.

Regardless, the hot ticket seems to be either a TST PMCR, Bully Dog module, Smarty.

Yes the predator sucks if you want fuel mileage go for it but dont expect performance, and there is a good chance you will melt your pistons. RJF said it best. Go Bully Dog or one of the others he listed

The Diablosport Predator is not in any way associated with DR. Performance and his Predator line of chips. Diablosport is a whole differnt deal. I have had decent luck with them on the Dodges, the Dmaxs really like them. The Bully Dog Triple Dog with the Outlook monitor would be a better route to go. Between the extra power and timing available, you get digital guages and its adjustable on the fly (with the outlook).

Let me know if you are interested in a price on either one.

PS - The Smarty is a Smarty, nothing to do with Van Aaken.

Diablosport is a good brand and a great price for the power. Not as much power as some of the other available tuners, but at about half the price, you can't go wrong. Just remember - Gauges!!

Yes i would be intersted on some prices for the bully dog and diablo. I want something i can pop out right away for warranty issues if i have to go to the dealer... maybe the diablo power puck, now does that puck over ride the speed limeter???? and how about the quadilla module??
