no rubbage! they fit perfect. any 05 and up super duty will fit them, and any dodge 4x4 will fit them.

I'm running 315 BFG's on modified H2's and they fit fine. Same with when I had the same tire on the stock 17x8's. The H2's do stick out about 1/2 inch more, though.

no lift yet and if i do one it will be as little a lift as possible even though i would love a huge lift with rockwells and bigass offroad michelins that just wouldnt be very wise for a work truck

What about LT265/75R16 on stock wheels?

OK, I know there is much about this I don't understand, that's why I'm coming here for help.

I want to run my stock wheels (because I'm cheap). I also want to do a 2" lift on the front end of my 05 Ram 2500. With that lift, could I run LT265/75R16?

I'm thinking of the following tire for a daily driver/occasional snow/mud fun:

Pro Comp Radial Mud Terrain Tire
    Part Number: PCT260265
    Radial Mud Terrain, LT265/75R16; Outlined White Letters; Overall Diameter = 32.00; Rim Range = 7.0-9.0; Load Range = E; Max Load = 3415; Tread Depth = 18.5/32

Could I run bigger? Can I expect 40K out of these? What do you think?

my 35's fit fine a lil rubbin when cranked but thats it, and i ran 285 bf good rich m/t's on my 01 2500ctd they also rubbed rubbed when cranked but fit fine. id say those tires you are talkin about would be just fine and you should have no problems a great lookin tire too, the 40k outta them i dotn know ive had about 6 different sets of mud terrains and most ive gotten out of them is aroun 30 or a lil over that im not the best on tires though lol. hope this helps ya out

really? ya know 265 is the factory height tire right? mine has the 2" leveling kit with 35's. i could fit 37's if needed...you can fit 35's from the factory no problem. its pretty obvious lookin at them with the factory tires. buncha room under the fenders...and as of right now i have 28,000 miles on my mudders, and they still look brand new. i will get another 20k out of them.

    I second Whiterocket. I ran 295/75-16 BFG's on my stock wheels, with a 2" leveler I did not have any rubbing. I just put 35x12.50 - 18's on and still no rubbing. That's on a 99' 2500

    Thanks for the help

As I said, there's a lot about this that I don't know. I *thought* I had 16" rim until I actually went out last night and checked!! :doah:

I think I like the Pro Comp extreme all-terrain (even though they are expensive). So bottom line, I could run 35/12.5R17s without any problem.

Thanks for the help. I think I've settled on DUALGUARD™ 35/12.5017 XTREME ALL-TERRAIN TIREs.

    Load Range: D
    Max. Load: 3000 lbs.
    Overall Diameter: 37.85"
    Overall Width:12.6 "
    Tread Width: 10.1"
    Tread Depth: 21"
    Rim Range: 8.0-10.0"
    Weight: 64 lbs.
