Recently been looking on the web and trying to find out how to bypass the factory torque management/defueling on 2004 and newer Dodge Ram's. I keep running across a subject called PCM Trick that consists of unplugging PCM Fuse cycling key and waiting for chimes. Suposibility this will help lighten the affects of the torque management/defueling on gas powered Dodge Ram's 2004 and newer. My question is, does anybody out their know if this PCM Trick also works on the cummins powered rams? Some of you out their think their is no torque management/defueling on these trucks but I've talked to Dodge engineers and Dodge techs and they say that their is. Any help on this subject would be great.
Get a Smarty and you can choose what reduced level of torque management you think your driveline can handle.
