How much is a 1990 f350 td worth?

I am looking at a truck to tow with and possibly convert to WVO.
It's a 1990 F350 4x4 crew cab LB manual with a banks turbo kit.
It is in decent shape, drives good, very little rust, seems low on power but could be the size of it. The speedo climbs fast when floored.

Mileage is unknown, odo says 93000 so it could be 193 or 293000
Drivers seat doesn't feel worn enough to be 293000.

What is a fair price to offer?

 

can go betwenn 3-6k.
4dx4, crew cab and clean would probably bring 5,500 withthe turbo if the truck is not totally beat with near 200k.....

 

a dealership told me my sig truck was worth $4500 with 134,000 miles on it...

He also has a 97 with close to 200k on it for 4800 si I thought 5500 for a 90 was high.

 

and you think a dealer is gonna give you ANYTHING for your truck?

 

They wont give you a deal on a trade in I would say about 3K to 5K.
