is there supposed to be an exhaust brake switch or button?

    I just got an 07 ram supposed 6.7 liter truck, is there supposed to be a switch or button for the engine braking through the turbo? because my truck does not have it if it should,

    nevermind found out i dont have a 6.7 afterall... was lied to by dealership

    hope you didn't pay the price of 6.7. There's a hefty difference up here.

    What engine was listed on the window sticker?

    window sticker said 6.7 but I was not billed for it, now that ive read about things, Im kinda glad i didnt get a 6.7

    I've have never purchased a vehicle without opening the hood and looking at the engine. It would have been obvious what you had.

    oh really smart ass? give into thought that this was my first dodge, my first diesel, and i had read very little about the 6.7 other then it isnt living up to the name that the 5.9 gave dodge and cummins.

    Nathan, I'll stand by what I said and there was nothing smart about it. First truck or not making an investment of what a new truck now costs I would have looked it over pretty good. Obviously the skin on your new truck is thicker than your own. Be nice!

    For a new guy buying his first Dodge, the above statement does not hold with me.. I've had several 5.9's and a new 6.7.. I don't know where you think they do not "live up" to their name,, Only thing I have found so far, 1700 miles, is that they did lose a mile per gallon,, Not the end of the world for one mile per gallon...
