Does anyone know who makes the utility beds that look like regular truck beds? I saw one on a F-450 Dually the other day but it had no badging on it and I cannot seem to find anything on the net for them. I want to get a 1 ton or larger for a slidein camper and towing my K5 but I really like the idea of the extra storage in the bed with the clean lines of the original vehicle. Thanks Ira
saw one yesterday, guy said it was made by royal but he said they don't make them anymore. here is a review of what they made. here is their site with no listing of that bed. I'd love this when I get a new truck, but oh well. Maybe by the time I can afford a new truck they'll be making it again.
I've seen a couple like that, and at the time I thought that it was a commercial option from the factory. Maybe, maybe not.
Isaw one a couple of days ago on a newer rig that was a dually and it was sweet how they worked the fenders around the doors in the bed for storage. Ira
