At approximately noon tomorrow I will be driving home the NEW BIG BLACK Dodge
I haven't had a new vehicle in years and it's time. I decided to splurge.
2005 Dodge Ram 2500 Quad cab 4x4 Laramie package, Cummins/auto trans. I don't think there are any options left to add :doah:
Good news is between employee pricing, cash back, farm bureau credit and something else, I'm getting about 10K off the sticker price.

I originally ordered a 2006 w/6 speed but this one has about $2500 more in options plus the $1000 more the auto trans is worth and I'm getiing it for $2000 less....saving approximately $5500

Now if someone would just buy the burb I'll bet set

Hell yeah leather , heated that is waytogo
I had seriously thought about waiting for the 6 speed but I think it's gonna be more of a driver than something I only tow with. Been reading many forums and I don't think I will have any problems with the auto for the type of driving and the area I live in. Only a few hills...like 1 each way

Yeah, not to mention how much more responsive the auto trucks are. Much easier to drive and much quicker.

I am very happy with my purchase. This thing drive GREAT! My jeep cherokee is louder inside the cab then the diesel is. The acceleration kind of scary. I can get to the speed limit (55-65) in no time. Scary in the fact that you are there without even noticing it. I think I will be using the cruise a lot.

As much as I'd like to, Moab is not in the cards this year. I figured just a little over $500 in fuel expenses :doah: there and back

Ya, it is going to be pricey to get there. I am too excited to wheel Moab and meet a lot of CK5er's to keep me from going.
