So we purchase a new 06 Dodge Ram back in Aug, comes from the factory without the fold flat storage rear seat even though I ordered it, no problem as the Dealership will order the parts and install at Dodge's expense. Fast forward to last week, a lady from the parts dept. at the Dealership calls and tells my Wife that unless we pick up the parts we ordered that they will send them back to Dodge, my Wife says "Hey, you better get your facts straight, we didn't even know that they were in and you should have gotten with the sales dept to install and it's your expense etc.. I guess she (parts lady) didn't research enough and thought we were trying to get out of paying for some ordered parts and was rude to my wife, anyone that knows my Wife knows that is the wrong course of action. rotfl Anyway, Broadway Dodge Cutomer Service called a few days later as a follow up and gets my Wife home again and she explains what happened, they were really cool about it. Then a few days later in the mail we get a letter from Broadway Dodge saying they are very sorry for how this one person acted and to try and make things right you get free oil changes at the Dealership for the next three years. imp: imp: imp: Cudos to Broadway Dodge for taking Customer Service seriously, everyone has been great except the one parts lady, I think I am going to let the Wife handle any truck related problems from now on. waytogo
It's nice to know there's still a few good people out there! I would have liked to heard the conversation between the parts person and their bos...lol..
Any limit on the number of oil changes you can get over the next 3 years? I think I would go to a monthly oil change program. waytogo
I'm having a problem with a local dealership, would you mind asking your wife to give them a call for me?
Heck yeah, I'd be in there every 4-5K for a change. waytogo I want pics of the new storage seat deal!
