I put in a thread a long time ago here about my front suspension on my 05 2500 Ram, making a loud metalic rubbing sound when making a full steering wheel lock turn over a bump or driveway entrance.

When the steering wheel is turned all the way, and just going slowly through a turn into a driveway or crossing a speed bump, the front end emits a rather loud noise, which I phonetically describe as a "Squank!".

I took it to Dodge back when the truck was new, and they said that some front suspension component needed some greasing and that it was nothing to be alarmed about. Seemed like it was quieted-down after that visit, but not for very long. I've lived with that noise for the last few years. It seems to be when the truck's suspension does a fairly deep rebound or dip.

Anyone else have this with their IFS front end?
