Took out the 06 to get her dialed for the Redding race this weekend. First time out with this truck, second time ever. WOW! Pulled a 13.2 @ 108 for a best. Not to bad for a 7800 lb truck. I still think we need more fuel. Oh, and egts at the end of the run - 1258*!!

What all is done to your truck.Don't tell me you just put a box on it and changed the oil and now you run 13teens.I have gone through my truck from top to bottom and run in the 13teens 13.22 @ 104.3 best no propane & before the twins .I have not made a dyno or track pass since the twins, fass, and new trans.I not trying to say your truck cant.Just want to know how you got there. You know everybody with a chip, intake,& exhaust say they have 800hp and can run in the 13 range.

OOOOhh buddy... Jason is the owner of a Dieselnutmotorsports (DNM) and knows a little about going fast.

I watched him run a 13.2 at the strip and he never made a pass after downloading a Bullydog downloader underneith his TST.

Twins, TST, superships downloader, big injectors, and a Suncoast trans.

Been out for a while on vacation, but here I am.

truck has TST with twins program, 100hp injectors, Superchips flashpaq, BD twins, 5" straight pipe going into 5" stacks and a fully built Suncoast transmission. All fed by a new FASS 200gph pump! :D

Now, after talking to several people about my times, it seems i am not launching the truck hard enough. My 60' time are terrible. 2.6, 2.7 when they should be in the 1.6 range. So, I am actually loseing about a second at the start. We have a race here in Sacramento on jully 22nd and we'll see how close to the low 12's we can get.

Next up, Hot Rod CP3 and BD intercooler. Not yet, though. Still recovering from the whole transmission melt down issue! :doah:

That's funny, that's the same time my 69 Mustang did after I put $3200 worth of 351C in it. That's movin pretty good. You definately need more fuel if you're only 1258* at the end!

Well, little update. Went out to Sacramento Raceway to try and dial in for the trucks race saturday. Managed to pull a 12.78, 12.76, and a 12.73 playing with different settings. Slowest run was 106.03 and fastest was 107.34. Still need more time to figure out what makes it run, but for a stock cp3 and stock rubber its not bad at all. I'm happy! I'll be happier when I see that magical 11.99!!
