hey guys, well first off, its a debate as to weather or not i want a paint job or to almost double my tq numbers ... BUT with increased tq means more strain on the clutch, which seems to be going anyway. So this winter/early spring when i get my tax return, i was thinking about replacing the clutch/flywheel(or having it resurfaced) then adding a Kennedy Diesel intercooler, and a Heath diesel performance combo kit ....

specs on IC = The large intercooler kit offers the maximum performance available from intercooling.

This kit fits ONLY 2500HD and 3500 series 4 wheel drive Pickup and Suburban with 8 lug wheels.
    (doesnt really say much)

Heath diesel combo =Max-E-Tork ECM / Turbo-Master boost control / PMD Isolator / HO Fuel Injectors
This performance combo features the components key to achieving maximum power and torque. Adds 110 hp and 175 lb ft torque. Delivers excellent drivability and outstanding power!

right now im running a straight 3" exhaust with 3" DP .. to me, the exhaust sounds half gas(above 2K rpm) and half diesel (turbo) im thinking about building a 4" to decrease pressure and decrease sound, and also have it 45ยบ infront of passenger side rear fender ... if i do, i will have it be 2 casual bends first a 20 then the second be a 25 ... will this be enough of a free exhaust for the mods i look to do? and what do you think the hp/tq #'s will be?
also what are your suggestions on mods for this motor and tranny setup ... im just looking to make it a little more peppy since its not going to be my daily driver and since i got beat by a V6 firebird

this .. or a paint job, i can get the whole truck, sanded, prepped, primed, and painted same color as is right now for around $2,000 from a friends dad... it sounds like a good idea to me, buuut i have 35" tires and will be throwing stones and mud all over it... why waste money!?

    what are your thoughts?
