    Hi guys and gals!

I have a 2007.5 6.7 3500 w/ 6 speed manual. I put the AFE Stage 2 intake kit on it about two years ago. Lately, I have noticed an almost backfire sound coming from what seems like the intake of the truck. It happens when the truck is running down the road at a steady speed. It will cough two or three times then it will run fine for a while. It makes absolutly no difference if I am pulling a trailer or just cruising in the truck by itself. I took the truck back to the dealer a few weeks ago and they put all the new updates in it. I thought that took care of it, but last week, it did it again.

Anybody out there having the same problem? Or, better yet, know what I can do to fix it? The truck still runs and pulls fine, it just makes me wonder what is going on when it studders like that.

    Thanks!
