Is anybody running 33" tires on the 2006 Chevy 2500 4x4 Stock height (no lift or leveling kit)?

Ive seen lots of guys doin it. you may need to crank your torsion bars a little and/or trim the corner of your lower valance.

I had an 05 2500 gasser and just adjusted the torsion bars abit. Then you have to have you alignment done.

I know this is kinda late but I am running 285/75-16's with no lift and no turns on my bars. All I did was trimmed the front valance and pulled back the fender lining so that it doesn't rub. I haven't had any issues at all and I pull my toyhauler offroad all the time. They are also mounted on the stock PYO's. If you are going to run a wider wheel and or tire then maybe you will have to crank or level it.

How do you like the 285/75-16? How are they wearing?

Gees, I need to get online more often....haha.
The 285's are the Nitto Terra Grapplers and they are doing great. I have 14k on them right now and they look close to new. I don't drive too hard and no burnouts. I really like the looks of going to the bigger tire. Oh and with my predator on 65 I am still getting 18 mpg daily driving and around 22 hwy.
