So i am in the market for a truck to tow a 3 car hauler, with plans on getting into Hauling for myself. I DO know that i am aiming towards a 99-03 F550, but my question is, should i go 4WD or 2WD? Obviously 2WD is going to do way better while hauling on the highway, but do you think i would ever find myself WISHING i bought a 4WD?? One thing to keep in mind is that i most likely will be doing some flatbed Hot Shot work too.
    Thanx for any helpful hints!!

I guess you would have to ask yourself if you would ever do any hauling during a winter storm, picking a load up at a muddy construction site etc?

most of your driving will be on well maintained roads, and the pin weight of the trailer will give you plenty of traction, if I were you I would go with 2wd and buy a set of tire chains, that way if you do have to go somewhere real bad you can just chain up. with a good set of chains you can go just about anywhere..
