Here is the skinny on an TS Performance MP8 for an 2007.5 6.7L..
We just got home from a 6000 mile tour of 23 states. From central NC to Cheyenne, Estes Park, Penrose, Gunnison, Moab, Gallup, Painted Desert, Albuquerque, Amarillo, Oklahoma City, Wichita, Cape Girardeau, Bowling Green & Marion, NC.

I installed the MP8 at home before we left. Half way up a hill in West Virginia in 5th gear pulling hard at 23k the engine kicked a code. “Low fuel line pressure”. Drove into dealer in Louisville and they told me the code. Reset computer. Drove to Estes Park & removed MP8. Average fuel mileage to that point was about mid 9s. I get mid 11s around NC towing with no MP8.
Drove to Penrose, CO. Loaded truck bed with large size CO. red rock. From that point I was grossing 26,440#s. From that point to TS Performance, Bowling Green, KY. I still averaged mid 9s even with extra load of stone.

Walked inside TS Performance and met both Chris and Dennis. They were very helpful. The replaced the module & wiring harness. This did not help my mileage. On over into TN. Engine kicked another code in a hard pull. Same low fuel code.

I dont think I would complain a bit about 9mpg with that kind of weight. Sounds like that MP8 is calling for more fuel than the pump can deliver....Im sure you had that part figured out. That sounded like quite the trip. How do you like the 6.7 anyway?

I luv the 6.7L and the 6 speed auto.

Dealer in Gallup did a small flash for a soft code for the tranny changing gears.. The changed the fuel filter and cleaned the air filter. I had run thru about 200 miles of sand storm.

Heavy load or not the mileage has not increased per their ads. And I am not totally displeased with mileage.

    What was the actual code?

    Pxxxx

I have an MP8 on my 06 and well, I can't really tell a difference over stock in power, but I know it must be helping on fuel mileage. On the highway, no trailer I get 18-21mpg.
Next up will be a Quad I think. Don't know yet .........
