7.3L Rough Idle

    I have a 2001 F-250 with 7.3L. At idle it runs up & down. It also gets poor gas mileage. I have changed the cam sensor and it has not helped. Any information would be a big help.

    mine did that, it ended up being the IDM... take to dealership, spend the $90 to have them tell you what to fix on it
