    Diesel engine

Just make sure when you change your oil, (use diesel oil) to fill the oil filter with oil when you change it, same thing goes for the fuel filter, If you do these yourself and not go to a lube shop where they leave the plug loose, or the filter loose, I've sen a few turbos burn up because a lube shop did not pre-fill the oil filter

Another thing is when it's time for glow plugs, only go with the Motorcraft ZD-11 plugs... Aftermarket brands tend to swell up and cause problems..

One other word of advice... Change your oil religiously! Never neglect proper routine maintenance!
