Anybody mod a power wheels Jeep? The first thing I would like to do is get rid of those plastic wheels, anybody swap them out for some nice air filled rubber snowblower tires etc.? Maybe swap in a wheelchair battery or something. :D

    Ohhhh!

Heres what you do, go to surplus center and buy there electric transaxle. It's like 12vdc and has forward/reverse and the entire axle housing, just need to bolt it into the power wheels and bolt on tires/wheels. For the front get some gokart spindles for $15 each and attach them and bolt some matching tires/wheels on. Then you can put two 12v batteries in wired in series to put 24v to the motor for a turbo boost :pimp:

I'd just narrow a pair of 10b's for one and swap in a 350 SBC under the hood. rotfl
