Bad seller do not buy

This company has poor customer service and wiil not make right on there mistake

I ordered 4 shocks and a track bar bracket from them In early december. They sent the stuff to my OLD address ( which I had updated on paypal and ebay) and now there telling me that since the current resident signed for them . as far as there concerned the transaction is closed and that they deserve a good feedback and were upset with the negative feedback I left .

ebay says I'm right

paypal has it under review

and I'm still with out the parts I need AND paid in full for

 

Another reason I've never used Ebay and will never have a Paypal account...Ben

 

absolutely.....i just got done dusputing a charge with ebay some kid in england was taking money off my account to play a game i had to dispute and get the charges deleted......never will i play with ebay again

 

Sorry to hear that. Hopefully Paypal and ebay get together and stand up for you.

 

Update: well topgun has contacted me and is willing to work with me on getting my parts but it looks like I may end up paying the shipping which kinda sucks

 

At least they aren't telling you to pound sand. Its still a better position than you were in before.

 

still no parts
got a email from them today saying they hadn't forgot about me


Paypal was no help at all
