Banks DuraMax build up on Extreme 4x4

    This weekend Extreme 4x4 went to Banks to build a crate twin turbo DuraMax for one of their buildups. 770hp and over 1100 ft-lbs torque.

    I seen that episode this weekend too. According to them, its the only twin turbo Duramax in existence! I just want to drive the Suburban Gorilla when they are finished with it. It looks like its a beast!

    Which shows how little attnetion they pay to the outside world. There are actually quite a few twin turbo D-max's running arround.

    No kidding. I know of at least one as early as '03 that was built as a test bed.

    That's what I was meaning by that. I've seen one and heard of a few others. That really does show "oh we're TV guys and are always right."rotfl
