heat gun. One of my friends in the body business said something about fishing line, behind the badge after heating up the badge. WD40 will take off the excess sticky stuff.

Heat gun and PATIENCE!rotfl Just carefully heat up your emblems, taking care to not get them too hot, and just slowly peel trying to get both the emblem and the sticking material too that is about a 1/16" thick. If you go slow and do a good job with the heat gun and peeling, there will be nearly no goop to clean off afterwards. With mine, I just used a soft rag and a little bit of diesel to rub the remains off.

With today's super low sulfer diesel, it's turning into a great solvent...:doah:

fishing line is what most body shops use. i relocated mine on my 05 to where they have them on 06's so i could put fender flares on. wd-40 or diesel fuel will take the remaining 3-m tape off. just be really careful cause they will break in half easily. good luck:doah:

Fishing line and 3M eraser wheel. 30 minutes for the whole truck!
