I have a 96 F350, Just recently the blinkers started blinking very fast. They did not used to be like this, All the bulbs are working, I cannot figure out what is going on. Does anyone know anything about this?

Sounds like the flasher is shot. Find it by turning on the turn signal, listening where the clicking is coming from, locate which relay it is by feeling and the replace. Simple.

I would say you have a blown light bulb in one of the turn signals.
