Hello, to all of you. I'm going to buy a Ford F 250 7,3 lariat 1991. What should I look(out) for? Does anyone know the diesel consumpion(gallon/miles)? I live in Norway, meaning temperatures from -20 to + 30 Celsius, so what kind of oil should I use and how many miles before changing?

    Best Regads Arne

I had an '89 F350, 7.3 lt. crewcab, automatic, 4x4 and averaged 14.9 miles per gallon over the 176,000 miles I owned it. It would drop a couple miles per gallon towing 6,000 lb travel trailer. Not sure about the oil, check the owner's manual someone like Shell's website for recommendaton.
