Can put hydrotex Hytorque-z in my g-56

    Gentlemen,
    I just purchased a ram 2500hd with a g-56 and a 6.7.Can run the hydrotex hytorque z trans fluid in the trans.It seems to be thicker than than the atf+4 that chrysler recomends.If not,whats the best synthetic atf that I can run in that trans.:confused:

    Why would you not just stick with the ATF like they recommend?

    Amsoil ATF is perfect for the G56. I would recommend staying with the manufacturers weight oil. A thicker oil can cause more trouble than good.
