So my dad and I were detailing his new to him '02 Dodge Ram dually this morning and noticed that the plastic tops on our rear bumpers were getting a little faded. As I was spraying on tire shine on the tires we had an idea.....

We sprayed some tire oil on all of the black plastic trim on our trucks and rubbed it in with a towl. It COMPLETELY brought back a nice deep black look, like it looks new. Not only that but I think tire oils contain a certain amount of UV protection for tires, this should not only make the plastic look nice again but help stop the fading process. waytogo
